Barbara Truett is an accomplished Senior Engineer at Hill Technical Solutions, with extensive experience in systems engineering and program management acquired during a 15-year tenure at Lockheed Martin. In various roles, including Systems Engineer Senior Staff and Scrum Master, Barbara led teams in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), managed multi-industry engineering staffing, and developed critical project documentation recognized by leadership. Barbara's academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Computational Physics from Purdue University, complemented by teaching and research experience at Purdue University Calumet, the University of Notre Dame, and Argonne National Laboratory.
