Dave Felman

Dave Felman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently a shareholder at Hill, Ward & Henderson, P.A., since 1998, Dave leads the corporate practice. Prior to this role, Dave was a partner at Glenn Rasmussen, P.A., where practice focused on corporate and banking law from March 1990 to October 1998. Dave also served as an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 1988 to 1990, specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as securities offerings. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics, with honors, from Wake Forest University.
