David Keel

David Keel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both civil litigation and corporate transactional matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Hill Ward Henderson since March 2022, David previously held the position of Partner at Cotney - Attorneys & Consultants from November 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included representing a diverse range of corporate entities and leading non-jury trials for multimillion-dollar companies. David's expertise extends to roles in business development and client management, as well as litigation experience as a Deputy District Attorney at the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office. With a Doctor of Law degree from Samford University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University, David combines legal acumen with a strong business background.
