Matt Maizes

Matt Maizes is an Associate Attorney at Hill Ward Henderson, specializing in M&A and general business transactional law since May 2021. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Associate and Associate at KPMG, where responsibilities included tax consulting services and due diligence structuring for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
