David Conway

David Conway currently serves as Head of Asset Management at Hillcrest since August 2023. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Hillcrest Housing Association from April 2016 to August 2023, including Contracts Manager and Senior Contract Officer. David’s experience includes a part-time lecturer position at Dundee College from September 2010 to October 2016 and a role as Carbon Reduction Funding Manager at McGill from June 2013 to April 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Officer at Dundee City Council from January 2005 to May 2013 and as an Area Officer at Fife Council from May 1993 to November 2000. David's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies from Stirling University, an HND in Audio Engineering from Perth College, and an HND in Housing from Dundee College.
