Michele Morin, M.Ed., has a strong background in human resources and workforce development. From 2005 to the present, they have served as Vice President of Human Resources and Workforce Development at Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for strategic planning, managing, developing, evaluating, and improving human resources to provide the agency with an engaged and committed workforce. Michele ensures recruitment and hiring practices, compensation, benefit, wellness, incentive, and advancement programs attract and retain a broad and diverse pool of talented individuals. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Workforce Learning at Hillcrest Educational Centers from 2005 to 2015.
Before joining Hillcrest Educational Centers, Michele worked as the Quality Improvement and Staff Development Coordinator at Lake Grove Schools and Treatment Centers from 1991 to 2005. Michele began their career as a Biology Teacher at Huntsville High School from 1984 to 1989.
Michele Morin, M.Ed. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in the period between 1981 and 1983. Later, they pursued their higher education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Learning, Media, and Technology from 2008 to 2013.
