Jim Janicki, APR has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and marketing industries. Jim began their career at Eric Mower and Associates as an Account Executive, where they managed the development of advertising and collateral materials. Jim then moved on to ElderWood Senior Care, where they served as the Director of Communications. In this role, they were responsible for marketing and communications, including market research, branding, and advertising. Jim also supported admissions and sales teams and created strategic launch plans. Afterward, they joined SB&A as a Sr. Account Manager/Consultant, where they managed a senior living account and oversaw various creative projects. Their next position was with Riverside Health System, where they served as the Senior Director of Marketing for the Lifelong Health & Aging-related Services Division. In this role, they were responsible for sales, marketing, and public relations for multiple senior-related facilities and services. Currently, they are the Chief Administrative Officer at Hillcrest Health Services.

Jim Janicki, APR received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from SUNY Geneseo. Jim attended SUNY Geneseo from 1991 to 1995.
