Michael Pollock has had a diverse work experience. Michael started in 2006 as Director/Manager at MPollock Music. In 2012, they became the Owner/Manager of MPollock Fitness. In 2013, they took on the role of Adjunct Professor of Music at Iowa Western Community College. Finally, in 2015, they joined Hillcrest Health Services as the Director of Lifestyle and Wellness.
Michael Pollock earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from the University of Iowa, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. Michael pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Music from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completing it from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Pollock also obtained various certifications in the fitness field. Michael became a Corrective Exercise Specialist from NASM in April 2013, a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer from NASM in January 2013, a Functional Movement Specialist from FMS in November 2012, and a Fitness Nutrition Coach from NESTA in July 2012.
