Chelsea Barth

Chelsea Barth, SPHR has a diverse work experience in various roles within human resources and operations. Chelsea started their career at Target in 2009 and worked their way up from Team Leader in Hardlines to Executive Team Leader in various departments. In 2015, they joined Saks Fifth Avenue as the Manager of Human Resources before moving on to The Wolek Group Keller Williams Realty Advantage as the Director of Operations. Their most recent role is the Human Resources Director at Hillcrest Healthcare System.

Chelsea Barth, SPHR, has a Master's of Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their educational background, Chelsea also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, which they obtained in 2018.
