Chfm Wesley Trussell Chop-A

Wesley Trussell has had a diverse range of work experiences in the facilities management field. Wesley is currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Hillcrest Healthcare System since November 2021. Prior to that, from November 2019 to November 2021, they worked as the Director of Facilities Engineering at HonorHealth. Wesley also has an extensive background in facilities and support services, as they held the role of Assistant Vice President at JRMC from December 2000 to November 2019. In addition, they served as the President of AAHE (Arkansas Association for Healthcare Engineering) from August 2013 to April 2015. Wesley's career began at Windsor Door as an Engineer and they worked there from 1990 to 2000.

Wesley Trussell, CHFM, CHOP-A, has a solid education background. Wesley attended the University of Arkansas from 1983 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Plant & Industrial. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications throughout their career. In 1988, they obtained an Engineering Intern (EI) certification from the Arkansas Professional Engineers institution. Recently, in December 2020, they received the Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP-A) certification from DNV. It is worth noting that Wesley also holds the CHFM certification from the American Society of Healthcare Engineering, although the specific dates of its acquisition are unknown.
