Vp, Digital And HR Transformation at Hillenbrand

Corey Neal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the HR and technology fields. Most recently, they served as the VP of Digital and HR Transformation at Hillenbrand since 2022. Prior to that, Corey worked at Flex from 2017 to 2022, holding the position of VP HR Excellence, where they focused on analytics, transformation, process automation, and PMO. At Flex, Corey also held the roles of Sr. Director of Engineering & Quality Services from 2012 to 2017, and Sr. IT Manager/Program Manager from 2004 to 2012. Before joining Flex, Corey worked as an IT Manager at Multek from 2000 to 2004. Corey began their career as a Teacher at Centerville City School District from 1995 to 1998.

Corey Neal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. Later, Corey pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU Shreveport. Corey also holds additional certifications including PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute and Green Belt Certification (GB) from Flex. Lastly, Corey obtained a certification in Windows NT from Microsoft.
