Deepak Koppula

Deepak Koppula is an experienced leader in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Lean Business System at Hillenbrand since October 2022. In this role, Deepak partners with Hillenbrand's Operating Companies to implement and promote the Hillenbrand Operating Model aimed at delivering world-class results in customer satisfaction and financial performance. Prior to Hillenbrand, Deepak held significant positions at Molex, where responsibilities included global operations transformation and performance improvement across multiple countries. Additional experience includes roles at U.S. Silica Company, Harley-Davidson Financial Services, A.T. Kearney, Pittsburgh Glass Works, Saint-Gobain Glass, and Ford Motor Company, where Deepak developed expertise in strategy development, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Deepak holds an MBA in Strategy & Operations from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Michigan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from Karnatak University.
