Regan Schmidt

Regan Schmidt has extensive work experience in the field of law and finance. Regan currently holds the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and General Counsel at Hillenbrand since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Olive as the Senior Counsel for Payments and Financial Services, overseeing banking partnerships and regulatory compliance. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at CNG Holdings, Inc, where they also held the role of Chief Compliance Officer. Additionally, they worked at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP as a Partner in Business & Finance from 2018 to 2020.

Regan Schmidt attended Yale University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies. From 2006 to 2009, they studied at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, obtaining a J.D. degree in Law. In 2009, they enrolled at Xavier University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Business in 2015. Prior to their higher education, Regan Schmidt graduated from Iolani School in 1999 with a High School Diploma.
