Sarah Ipsa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Sarah has held various leadership positions in different companies such as Hillenbrand, CVP, Totes Isotoner, Western & Southern Financial Group, TP Mechanical Contractors, Global Lead Management Consulting, OKI Systems Limited, and Xavier University. Throughout their career, they have contributed to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, including employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Sarah has also demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, talent management, and leadership development. Sarah Ipsa has a strong background in delivering comprehensive client engagements in the area of diversity and inclusion, as well as designing and implementing training solutions for inclusive cultures. Additionally, they have experience as an adjunct professor, teaching Industrial-Organizational Psychology to undergraduates and acting as a mentor. Currently, Sarah Ipsa serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hillenbrand since December 2021.

Sarah Ipsa obtained their Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Kentucky from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Sarah also obtained certifications as a Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in 2013 and as a Train the Trainer from Xavier University.
