Sebastian Stanger

Sebastian Stanger is an accomplished professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Director of SIOP & Demand Planning at Hillenbrand since October 2025, where expertise is applied to drive change and implement SIOP and Demand Planning processes within the organization and its subsidiaries. Previous roles include Director of Supply Chain for Bosch Power Tools, Director for Bosch Blue Industrial Markets, and Supply Chain Director at sia Abrasives. Sebastian also held senior managerial positions in planning and logistics at Bosch and strategic marketing at BASF. An academic background includes a Doctorate in Logistics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Master’s degree from Cranfield School of Management, complemented by a B.A. in Logistics from Hochschule Heilbronn.
