Stephanie Cook

Stephanie Cook MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Stephanie started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Systems Admin at HCA Nashville Patient Account Service Center, followed by a role as a Patient Access Representative at Stonecrest Medical Center in 2004. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at HCA in various positions, including EHR Benefits Realization and Internal Audit Development. In 2013, Stephanie joined Kroll as a CARE Business Analyst, where they contributed to improving customer satisfaction and extending user capabilities. Stephanie then worked at the TN Department of Revenue as a Sr. Data Quality Manager, responsible for various projects related to vehicle registration and tax system data management. Currently, Stephanie serves as the CIO at Hiller Plumbing Heating & Cooling, where they oversee the company's information systems. Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to drive process improvements and achieve results.

Stephanie Cook obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they achieved an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Jefferson, which they completed between 1998 and 2000. Later on, they pursued their EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, completing the program from 2010 to 2012. Stephanie'seducational background includes a strong foundation in Computer Science, followed by a more recent focus on business studies through their EMBA.
