Alex Li

Alex Li is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Hillhouse since June 2021, Alex has previously worked as Counsel at Fangda Partners from September 2017 to June 2021 and as a Commercial Judge at Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court from July 2012 to September 2017, where over 700 commercial cases were managed. Early career experience includes internships at Squire Patton Boggs and Fangda Partners, where involvement in due diligence and capital market projects was notable. Alex holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil & Commercial Law from Peking University and a bachelor's degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
