Jack McGuire

Jack McGuire is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Stradley Ronon since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jack held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. for nearly two decades, from July 2006 to July 2025. Jack's earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at DH Blair & Co. Inc. and as Assistant General Counsel at EF Hutton. Additionally, Jack began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office from 1978 to 1983. Jack obtained a BA in English from St. Joseph's University in New York and earned a law degree from New York Law School.
