Alex Wang

Alex Wang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and auditing. As Executive Director at Hillhouse since April 2012, Alex has led significant projects, including the IPO of substantial companies and various public offerings and M&A initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Hony Capital, where leadership extended to notable IPOs and a substantial enterprise bond issuance. Earlier, Alex worked as a Senior Auditor at KPMG China, specializing in pre-IPO and post-IPO audits. Academically, Alex holds a Master's Degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Tsinghua University.
