Yu Chen

Yu (Eric) CHEN is a seasoned data architecture professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Data Architect at Hillhouse Capital Management since September 2018, Yu has previously held significant positions including Sr. Engineering Director - Big Data at App Annie, Engineering Director - RealPlayer at RealNetworks, and Software Engineering Manager at both Misys International Financial Systems Technology (Beijing) Ltd and GE Healthcare. Yu's career began at Nortel Networks, where contributions spanned roles as Software Development Manager and Project Manager. Educationally, Yu graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2000.
