John Sullivan

John Sullivan is a seasoned consulting engineer with extensive experience in construction monitoring and project management, currently serving at Hillmann Consulting, LLC since 2006. In this role, John provides a range of services including construction monitoring, plan and cost review, technical reviews, site observation reports, property condition assessments, and reserve analysis for major lending institutions and real estate equity firms nationwide. Prior to this position, John held roles as an adjunct instructor at Mercer County Community College from 2006 to 2010, regional director at NJ Schools Construction Corporation from 2002 to 2006, and construction project manager at Horst Construction from 1998 to 2002. John holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. degree from The College of New Jersey.
