Alex Adams

Alex Adams has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisitions at Hillpointe since July 2020, where previous roles included Senior Acquisitions Associate, Acquisitions Associate, and Investment Analyst. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Development Manager at VanTrust Real Estate, LLC, contributing to ground-up office and industrial projects from May 2019 to March 2020. Early career experiences include an Engineering Intern role at Tseng Consulting Group Inc, focusing on MEP plans for real estate projects, and four years of summer internships with Cornerstone Group-Florida, which provided a comprehensive understanding of various real estate development functions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Florida, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miami Dade College.
