Kim Culpan

Kim Culpan has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Kim currently holds the position of Head of Talent & OD at Southern Cross Healthcare since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as Head of Culture and Capability at NZ Post from August 2021. Their previous experience includes roles such as Head of Organisational Development at Chorus NZ Limited from July 2018 to 2021, Human Resources Manager at Chorus NZ Limited from February 2016 to December 2017, HR Manager at Huhtamaki from January 2007 to December 2015, OD Manager at TeleTech from 2003 to 2005, HR Consultant at Southern Cross Healthcare from 2002 to 2003, HR Advisor at Carter Holt Harvey from 1999 to 2002, and Consultant at OPAL Consulting Group from 1997 to 1999.

Kim Culpan attended the University of Otago from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology. They then pursued further education at the University of Canterbury from 1995 to 1996, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Psychology.
