Mehmet Kocum

Mehmet Kocum is an experienced human resources and talent development professional currently serving as the Head of Leadership & Culture at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since August 2022. Previously, Kocum held the position of Global Head of Talent and Learning at Coats and served in various roles at Ball Corporation, including Talent Development Director, Regional Talent and OD Director, and Talent and Organisation Development Manager. Kocum's earlier experience includes roles at Rexam PLC as Group Organisation Effectiveness Manager and Group Learning and Development Manager, as well as positions at Cementir S.p.A., Tesco Kipa, and Schneider Electric. Kocum holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, both from Dokuz Eylul University.
