Becky Dewaard

Becky DeWaard has an extensive career in the banking industry, with over three decades of experience at Hills Bank and Trust Company, where roles have included S.V.P. Director of Human Resources, VP of Learning & Development Manager, and V.P. of the Real Estate Department. Prior to this, Becky worked at American Federal Savings & Loan as Branch Operations Manager. Educationally, Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Dordt University, earned between 1979 and 1982.
