Neal M.

Neal M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years in various industries. Neal started their career as a Network Engineer at Kiva Networking in 1996 and later worked as a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at Jenzabar from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 to 2006, Neal served as the Manager of Production Engineering at Phase Forward, Inc. Neal then joined Team Technologies (now OneNeck IT Solutions) as the Director of Data Center Operations, overseeing operational management, technology architecture, and security. Neal later worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at Layered Technologies (acquired by Datapipe) from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Chief Development Officer at Orchestra Iowa, before transitioning to the healthcare industry as the Director of Technical Services at Mercy Medical Center from 2013 to 2017. Neal's most recent role was as the Director of Information Technology at Health Enterprises from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the SVP and Director of Information Services at Hills Bank and Trust Company, a position they have held since December 2018. Throughout their career, Neal has demonstrated expertise in information technology management, infrastructure deployment, and operational leadership.
