The executive team at Hillsdale College has a history of experience in various colleges and universities, as well as in different aspects of career services. These include the Executive Director of Career Services at Connecticut College, the Founder and Director of the Mentoring Program at Connecticut State Referee Program, the Director of Employer Relations and Deputy Director of Office of Career Strategy at Yale University, and the Director of Internship Programs at Amherst College. They also have a variety of educational backgrounds, including a degree in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Oswego, Applied Educational Psychology from Northeastern University, and Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Management.
