Juliana París R.'s work experience includes various roles in different companies. Juliana was the Director of Communications at Hillsong Church, where they led and developed campaigns across different departments and locations. Juliana also served as the Head of Production at Hillsong BCN, where they managed operational productivity and coordinated the production of weekly online content. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at bB Experience, overseeing project coordination and creating proposals and budgets. Juliana also served as the Head of Production at TheCreativeNet, where they managed a team and produced branded content and events. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Special Projects at Idealo Pez, contributing to the growth of new business and partnering with creative agencies for campaigns. Juliana also worked as a Line Producer and Production Assistant at VISTA Productions INC, and as a Production Intern at Ópera de Colombia.

Juliana París R. obtained a Master's degree in Design and Management of Audiovisual Production from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Universidad de La Sabana from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Social Communication and Journalism with a focus on Political Communication and International Journalism.
