Scott Harriford

Scott Harriford is a seasoned political and public policy professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Principal at Hilltop Public Solutions since March 2022, Scott previously held positions including White House Liaison for the U.S. Small Business Administration and Intergovernmental Affairs/SBA Agency Review Team member during the Biden-Harris Transition Team. Scott was also the Southeastern Political Director and South Carolina Political Director for Biden for President, and Field Director for Congressman Joe Cunningham. Earlier experiences include Deputy Political Director for James Smith for South Carolina, Assistant to Representative James Smith, and Page for the S.C. House of Representatives. Scott founded and operated Jah Roots, a hydroponic farm and consulting business, from 2012 to 2016. Educational background includes a degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and studies at Macau IFT, complemented by a high school diploma from Heathwood Hall.
