Lauren Holdorff, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Hilltop Residential since September 2020, Lauren has previously held positions including HR Business Partner at Goode Company Restaurants and HR/Finance/Administration Manager at E Logistics Inc. Notable career advancements at Enterprise Holdings include promotions from HR Coordinator to Talent Acquisition Specialist and finally to HR Generalist. Lauren began their career at Foot Locker as an Assistant Store Manager, and as a student at Lamar University, Lauren excelled as a four-year letterman on the volleyball team while maintaining a 3.2 GPA, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
