Shaheen McKnight

Shaheen McKnight has diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. The most recent role was as an SDR - IT End User Services / Support at Hilltop Securities Inc. since 2016. Prior to that, Shaheen worked at Brookdale as an IT End User Services-MKE, providing technical support for desktop and laptop computers, hardware break/fix support, and assisting with procurement. From 2014-2015, Shaheen worked as an IT Technician contractor at TEKSystems, completing contract positions for various companies. Shaheen also gained experience as a Helpdesk Field and Home Office Technician at Northwestern Mutual, providing phone support for sales reps and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
