Tom Kozlik is the current Head of Municipal Research & Analytics at Hilltop Securities. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the public finance industry. Tom has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
