Scientist, Immunology & Target Validation at Mnemo Therapeutics

Marine Arnaud has diverse experience in the field of scientific research. Marine is currently working as a Scientist at Mnemo Therapeutics since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a PhD Candidate at INSERM U976 - Human Immunology Pathophysiology & Immunotherapy from February 2019 to June 2022. Marine also worked as a Médiatrice scientifique at CRI from September 2019 to September 2021.

Before that, Marine served as a Research Associate at INSERM U1160 - Alloimmunité - Autoimmunité - Transplantation from January 2017 to February 2019. Marine'swork focused on understanding sepsis-induced immunosuppression and the role of cellular growth factors. Marine conducted various experiments such as PBMC isolation, primary cell culture, proliferation tests, cytometry, and transcription studies.

Marine gained valuable experience as a Research and Innovation Engineer Intern at Cellectis in 2016. Marine worked on the study and development of allogeneic CAR T cells, production of a CMHI KO cell line, and optimization of a qPCR protocol for genetic recombination detection.

In 2015, Marine had a research laboratory internship at INSERM U1149, Centre de Recherche sur l'Inflammation. Marine'swork focused on studying mast cell activation and its impact on macrophage activity in an inflammatory context. Marine gained skills in flow cytometry, ELISA, primary cell culture, and data analysis.

With their diverse and extensive work experience, Marine Arnaud has acquired a strong scientific background and a range of technical skills in various research areas.

Marine Arnaud completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biochemistry at Nantes Université from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they focused on Cellular Biology, Immunology, and Physiology. Marine then pursued a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Sorbonne Université from 2014 to 2015, specializing in Immunology and Cancerology. Marine furthered their education at Sorbonne Université from 2015 to 2016, earning a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a major in Immunotherapy and Bioengineering. In 2015, they also obtained a Diploma of University in GBM Valorisation de la recherche et innovation biomédicale from Sorbonne Université. Lastly, Marine is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Immunology at Université Paris Cité, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022.
