Russell Bynum

Russell Bynum is a seasoned professional in land development and project management, currently serving as General Manager at Hillwood Communities since January 2016. Previously, Russell worked as Vice President of Land Development at Taylor Morrison and held the position of Senior Director of Land Development at KB Home, overseeing feasibility and land development activities for the Houston Division. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at AECOM, where contributions were made to the METRO University Light Rail Program and tolling infrastructure projects for Harris County. Russell's career journey began as Project Engineer at AECOM and included significant accomplishments as Community Development Manager/Acquisitions Manager at Friendswood Development Company.
