James Staunton

James Staunton has extensive work experience in real estate and maritime industries. James began their career as an Analyst at SSY - Simpson Spence Young in dry cargo chartering. James then transitioned to LBA Realty, where they held roles as an Analyst, Asset Manager, Acquisition Manager, and finally as a Director. Currently, they serve as Vice President at Hillwood.

James Staunton earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business in 2011. In 2009, they participated in a Semester At Sea program through ISE. In 2023, they obtained a Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate.
