Tal Hicks

Since 1998, Tal Hicks has overseen the creation and growth of the company's division created to develop and acquire industrial properties in locations other than Hillwood's flagship property, AllianceTexas, and the company serves 52 markets across North America and Europe.

Before joining Hillwood, Tal was employed 11 years as a principal with Trammell Crow Company. Previously, he worked as a C.P.A. in the tax division of Arthur Andersen & Company.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accounting degree in 1984, Tal earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 1987.
