Jordan Fickess has held a variety of positions in the past 18 years. In 2022, they began their role as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hilo Medical Center, leading employee recruitment for Hilo Medical Center and the East Hawaii Region of Hawaii Health Systems Corporation. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Vice President of Communications & Culture at Common Threads, providing support for Common Threads employees and stakeholders in 11 communities nationwide. From 2004 to 2019, they held various roles at Johnson & Wales University, including Executive Director of Operations, Executive Administrator, Director of Communications, and Communications Coordinator.
