Edy Liew is a seasoned professional in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as a Regional Reward Expert at Hilti Asia Pacific since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Compensation Benefits Manager at Michelin, managing operations across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region. Edy has also held various human resources positions at TNT Malaysia, focusing on supply chain functions and process improvement, and started a career as a Personal Financial Consultant at OCBC Bank. With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Monash University and additional certifications from Sunway College and SMK Dato' Jaafar, Edy brings a strong educational background to the professional arena.
