Olivier Petit

Olivier Petit serves as VP HR South Asia Pacific at Hilti Asia Pacific since September 2020, following a tenure as VP HR Western Europe at Hilti France from April 2014 to September 2020. In the role at Hilti France, Olivier was instrumental in defining the people strategy aligned with global targets, leading a team of 50 in managing a workforce of 2,500, and enhancing employee engagement. Olivier's focus areas included driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering HR digitalization, and leading labor relations. Prior to Hilti, Olivier held roles in HR development and business partnering at Maroc Telecom, Yves Rocher, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing substantial teams and implementing key HR programs across various sectors. Olivier holds a degree from ICN - Institut Commercial de Nancy, completed between 1996 and 1999.
