Arvind Chandrasekaran

Arvind Chandrasekaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Business Development - Power at Hilti India since April 2023. Prior to this role, Arvind held various positions within the Hilti Group from July 2017 to April 2023, including Corporate Business Development and Regional Product Manager. Arvind's earlier tenure at Cummins Inc. spanned from January 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading Offshore Oil & Gas Engineering, serving as the Application Engineering Lead for Oil & Gas, and functioning as a Senior Design Engineer for on-highway heavy-duty diesel engines. Arvind commenced professional development with an engineering internship in Turbochargers at Cummins Inc. in late 2006 and a manufacturing internship at Bosch India in early 2005. Arvind holds an MBA from INSEAD and master's and bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and Ramaiah Institute of Technology, respectively.
