Bart Brands

Bart Brands has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Bart started their career in 1999 as a Quality & Environment Manager at Hilti Benelux. Bart then worked as a Project Manager for SAP Implementation at the same company in 2002. In 2004, they became an Area Sales Manager at Hilti Germany before transitioning to a role as Corporate Process Owner at Hilti Group in 2000. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Regional Manager Sales & Retail at Hilti Schweiz AG, where they played a key role in implementing market segmentation and a performance management process. Bart further enhanced their sales and leadership skills as a Sales Director and member of the management team at Hilti Nederland BV from 2009 to 2015. In 2016, Brands started their own business, BBM (Bart Brands Management), where they served as Director and owner until May 2021. Bart also worked as a Finance & Administration professional at in Novation from 2018. Brands later joined Record Automatische Deuren B.V. as the National Service Manager and a member of the management team from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold a position at Hilti Nederland BV as the Director of Human Resources & Sustainability, a role they have held since June 2021.

Bart Brands pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their enrollment at Bisschop Beckers College from 1986 to 1992. During this period, they obtained a VWO degree without specifying a specific field of study. Following this, Bart attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1992 to 1999, where they achieved an MScBA degree in Business Administration.
