Bas V. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bas started their career as a Trainee at Eaton Hydraulics in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a Trainee at FCI for a few months. Bas then joined Hilti Nederland BV in 2008 and held multiple positions, including Territory Salesman, Local Process Expert CRM / e-Business, Customer Service Manager and Local Process Expert CRM & e-Business, Verkoopleider Installatietechniek, Tool Services Manager, Project Manager, Head of Process & Project Management, and currently serves as the Head of Business Process Excellence.
