Salma Rassool

Salma Rassool has been with Hilti South Africa since August 2007, currently holding the position of Procurement & Fleet Manager. Salma is responsible for managing daily operations with suppliers, implementing supply strategies, managing supplier performance, overseeing accounts payable, and ensuring contract compliance. Salma also manages company mobile and data contracts, drives BBBEE preferential procurement, and works closely with the Hilti procurement hub in Dubai. Salma has a background in financial accounting and has completed various certificates in leadership, negotiating, time management, and developing employees. Their previous experience includes working as a Creditors Clerk at the South African Sugar Association.
