Bernd Kropshofer

Bernd Kropshofer is an experienced professional in quality and process management, currently serving as the Business Process Excellence Lead - Governance & Standards at Hilti Group since July 2021. Kropshofer oversees business process management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal audits. Previously, Kropshofer held roles as Quality Manager and Senior Quality Manager at Hilti North America, focusing on supplier evaluations, quality audits, complaint handling, and risk management. Earlier experience includes Quality & Process Manager at Hilti AG and various managerial positions at Rieter Automotive, where responsibilities included standardization and optimization of business processes as well as project management. Kropshofer began a career in quality management with technical roles at Thyssenkrupp Presta and PAV AG, and holds a MAS in Business Administration and Engineering from Universität Liechtenstein.
