Bettina Fricke

Bettina Fricke is a seasoned professional in IT architecture and enterprise infrastructure, currently serving as Head of Enterprise Infrastructure & Platforms, Head of Enterprise & IT Architecture, and Head of IT Architecture at Hilti Group since July 2021. Prior to this, Bettina held the position of Head of ITSM Platform and Products and Head of IT Enterprise Architecture at Bayer from October 2016 to June 2021. Bettina's career began at ITERGO Informationstechnologie GmbH, where responsibilities included Head of Architecture, Methods & Procedures and Head of Central Systems from January 2011 to September 2016. Bettina Fricke holds a Dr. rer. pol. in Business Informatics from the University of Augsburg and a Dipl. Wi.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe.
