Dr. Oliver Glockner

Dr. Oliver Glockner has over two decades of experience at Hilti Group, currently serving as Head of Innovation, responsible for the software and service innovation pipeline, fostering a digital innovation culture, proposing M&A opportunities, and developing partnerships with startups and software companies in construction technology. Previously, Dr. Glockner led product management teams, significantly expanded product portfolios, and championed Building Information Modelling (BIM) within the organization. Earlier roles included project management and scientific positions, during which Dr. Glockner developed key software strategies and introduced advanced simulation technologies. Dr. Glockner holds a Ph.D. in Technomathematik and an Executive Certificate in General Management.
