Egor Semenikhin

Egor Semenikhin is an experienced Learning Technologist at Hilti Group since August 2022, bringing over a decade of expertise from Hilti Russia, where roles included Head of Online Training & Learning. Notable achievements include fostering a highly engaged learning community in Eastern Europe with over 1000 participants, leading a dedicated team of digital learning practitioners, and successfully integrating digital learning into various people processes. Egor holds an Engineer's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Altai State Technical University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
