Florent Milleliri

Florent Milleliri is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Regional CFO for Western Europe at Hilti Group since September 2018, overseeing a team of over 150 finance members and focusing on value creation and growth opportunities in a region with 3,000 employees. Previously, Florent held the position of Regional CFO for Latin America, managing eight markets in Central and South America. Prior experience at Schneider Electric included roles as Finance Director for Software Europe, CIS & Africa, where Florent led the establishment of a new organization and the carve-out for the Aveva merger, as well as serving as Finance Integration Leader and Finance partner for Global HR. Educational qualifications include an Executive Programme in Organizational Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and dual Master's degrees in Finance and Management from EDHEC Business School.
