Frank Becker

Frank Becker is an accomplished procurement and supply chain expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across global organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Procurement for the Business Unit Power Tools & Accessories at Hilti Group since February 2014, Frank leads a diverse procurement department with responsibilities spanning tactical and strategic sourcing on an international scale. Prior to this role, Frank held several positions at Booz & Company, focusing on procurement strategy for top industry clients, and at Carl Zeiss Group, where procurement activities targeted cost reduction efforts. Frank's educational background includes a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and business from Technische Universität Darmstadt, complemented by participation in the ERASMUS program at Tampere University of Technology.
