Irina Becker

Irina Becker has a diverse background in various industries. Irina began their career in 2015 with an internship at BMW Group, where they focused on Indirect Procurement for Logistic Services. Following this, they interned at Allianz Agentur Becker & Klimitz KG in the insurance sector. In 2019, they joined Hilti Deutschland AG for an internship and masterthesis in Marketing/Retail Services. Irina then transitioned to Hilti Group, where they currently hold the role of Global Category Lead Indirect Procurement Marketing & Operating Supplies. Additionally, they previously served as a Supply Manager in the same company, specializing in Indirect Procurement for New Buildings & Operating Supplies.

Irina Becker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing with a focus on Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2013 to 2017. Irina then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they had a brief academic experience at Copenhagen Business School. Later, in 2022, they attended Digital Campus Vorarlberg for a Digital Communication Managerin program, specializing in Marketing. Additionally, Irina participated in a study abroad program at the University of Sydney in 2016.
